The location of this hotel is fantastic! You're right in the heart of everything, which made it super easy to catch tours and explore the area. The breakfast was a nice touch too, with fresh eggs cooked just how you like them. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
We had a pretty big issue with the water supply. It was really frustrating to discover that we had no water during certain hours, and the hotel didn’t inform us about this at check-in. This definitely took away from what could've been a great stay. Just be cautious!

We enjoyed the superior FAMILY room as it was brand-new. Location: the hotel was really close to the main square of Cusco Plaza de Armas, the center of Cusco and the bus station. The atmosphere created was family.

Nohely recommended a great local tour guide for Machu Picchu, and I enjoyed people-watching from the quiet, pedestrian-only street. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our group stayed here for 3 nights to explore Cusco and the nearby attractions. The location couldn't be better, just steps from the main square and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and perfectly comfortable after a long day of sightseeing, and having a modern bathroom was a nice touch. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the very helpful staff who were always eager to assist us with any requests.

Katari at Plaza De Armas really impressed me . The location couldn't be better-just steps away from the main square. My room was spacious and had plenty of comfortable bedding. Maribel stood out during breakfast, crafting delicious custom options beyond the buffet. Her warmth and attentiveness brightened each morning. The room featured a modern bathroom with a rainshower, which I found refreshing after exploring. I appreciated the nice touches like a seating area to relax. I faced an issue with low hot water pressure during the evening, a bit inconvenient. The noise level from the street, particularly at night, could sometimes disrupt my sleep, but I got used to it. The positive aspects like the staff and breakfast were nice.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the location right off the main square was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff was helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations for tours and even arranging transportation for our early departure. Our room was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to unwind after long days of adventure, and the breakfast offered was more than sufficient to start our mornings.
It was all superb.

Fantastic Location with Excellent Service
The location is unbeatable, just steps from Plaza de Armas, made exploring the city super easy. I loved the made-to-order breakfast options, a great way to start the day. The only thing that could be improved is the room cleanliness, as the second room we stayed in after our hike wasn't as tidy as the first.

Nice central location close to the Plaza de Armas. It puts you right where you need to be for sightseeing.
Rooms feel dated, and the noise from people coming and going can be disruptive, especially on the ground floor. One room had issues with the safe and needed new toilet paper, while the breakfast had a strict 9am cut-off, pushing you out the door promptly. On a stay after a hike, a broken hanger in the bathroom didn't inspire confidence, nor did the last-minute room change due to a water outage that also came with a dirty room. Not ideal.

The staff's attentiveness was amazing, especially during breakfast where there were delicious Iberian options. The room was comfortable and offered a cozy atmosphere. Some noise from the hallway disrupted the evenings, and the check-in process felt a bit disorganized. Oxygen availability at reception was helpful for adjusting to the altitude, though it would have been nice to have more quiet hours.

Recommend it for couples
The location was just perfect right off the main square. The staff was nice, especially Noheli and Gerson who took care of my wife's dress while we were out doing tourist stuff, you can't put a price on that kind of service.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but worth every penny.
